OTTAWA BALLET TECHNIQUE & FOUNDATION

Ottawa Ballet classes at Capital City Dance are facilitated by world-class instructors, offering comprehensive ballet theory and practice to all levels and all ages. Our Ballet programs allow participants to learn and grow in a self-paced, nurturing environment that is unparalleled in Ottawa.

RECREATIONAL & COMPETITIVE BALLET

Children & Adult Classes

Ballet classes are offered in our recreational and competitive programs. Ballet levels will range from primary to advanced/senior. Classes will be taught using the RAD syllabus which provides a proper foundation for Ballet technique. Ballet attire is required for all classes.
